In pursuit of always finding new reads for my ever-lovely readers, here are all the ebook giveaways and promotions that I'm participating in for June 2023. As the headline reads, there are over 1000 books to choose from here, though some of the titles are in more than one promo.
How does it work?
Participating authors give a free story in exchange for readers joining their email lists. The authors can then alert the readers (i.e. you) via email when they have a new book out.
This is really a win-win: the free book is like a sample at the grocery store, so the reader can "taste" the author's writing, and then if you like the author, of course you'll want more of that author's books.

Obviously, the Defeat the Dragon fantasy and science fiction ebook giveaway features plenty of dragons, action and adventure, and kick-butt female leads:
The Fantastic Free Fantasy giveaway is exactly what it says on the tin: lots of fantasy. I'm seeing books with knights, lots of swords, magical girls, and plenty of high fantasy subgenre.
The Fantastic Reads giveaway has a few boxsets, and plenty of monsters! (I love me a good monster, personally.)
The Fantastic Realms giveaway has lots of female leads, castles, and swirling magic spells.
The Free Science Fiction & Fantasy Reads for June promo features a lot of spaceships and swords! There is slightly more science fiction in this promo than in others, but that is probably because it's HUGE and has almost 200 books in it!
Like it sounds, the Magical Reads Free Fantasy eBooks giveaway has a lot of focus on magic, including witches and monsters.
With a bit more specialization than the other ebook giveaways on this page, the Urban Fantasy Freebies promo features only urban fantasy, which is a subgenre that focuses on the modern world having a secret magical society. This subgenre is famous for its Harrys: Harry Potter and the Dresden Files are two big examples.
The Magic and Mayhem fantasy ebook giveaway is full of tons of battles and interesting worldbuilding.
The Magical Fantasy promo has a TON of monsters, including interesting takes on fairies and dragons.
The Out of This World promo has a focus on otherworldly fiction, such as high fantasy, futuristic stories, or alternative univs
The June SF/F Giveaway is a good blend of science fiction and magical heroes who are shooting cosmic magic rays.
The Speculative Summertime Giveaway has a lot of different subgenres compared to some of the other giveaways, such as time travel and swamp creatures.
The Free Fantastic Fantasy giveaway has a good mix of female and male lead characters and lots of otherworldly high fantasy.
